CoreCapital Construction, LLC is a locally owned construction company serving Akron and communities throughout Northeast Ohio. We provide commercial and residential renovations, flooring and coating systems, insulation systems, office build-outs, and a wide range of facility repairs and improvements.

Owners Steven Keenan and Michael Bauman bring more than 40 years of combined experience in construction, facilities management, project planning, and hands-on fieldwork. That experience allows us to understand each project from both a construction and long-term facility perspective—helping clients make practical decisions that support their immediate needs, budget, and future use of the space.
